Boston Medical Center is seeking a skilled Radiation Med Therapist to join our team. Below are the key responsibilities and requirements for this role.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Radiation Med Therapist to deliver accurate dosages of radiation using up-to-date equipment and provide quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Deliver accurate dosages of radiation using up-to-date equipment
* Document treatment in accordance with department policies and procedures
* Collaborate with the Chief Radiation Medicine Technologist and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
* Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and outcomes

**Requirements:**

* Associate's Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
* Current license from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
* Three to six months on-the-job training to acquire knowledge of department policies and procedures, familiarity with equipment, and proper set-up of equipment
* Analytical ability to determine proper set-up of equipment and patient, calculate length of treatment, and detect adverse reactions to treatments
* Interpersonal skills sufficient to work with others and deal effectively with patients
