Job Summary

ATC Alameda County is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Cardiac Ultrasound Technician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform echocardiograms and other diagnostic imaging procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
  • Operate and maintain complex medical equipment, including ultrasound machines and other diagnostic imaging devices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical technologies and procedures to provide the highest level of patient care.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a diagnostic imaging department.
  • AHA BLS certification and MAB Certificate (obtained within 90 days of hire).
