Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement therapy programs to meet the unique needs of clients.
- Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations to assess client needs and develop personalized plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure high-quality care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Occupational Therapy License from the State of Nevada.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children in occupational therapy settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
This position requires up to 80% travel within the service delivery area. The Occupational Therapist will be required to work in a variety of settings, including clinics and schools, and may be exposed to extreme temperatures, weather conditions, and other environmental factors.
