We are currently in search of a dedicated and experienced Senior Intelligence Operations Analyst to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Intelligence Operations Analyst is a specialist in intelligence with substantial expertise in crafting and executing comprehensive solutions across the enterprise. This role involves spearheading the creation of intricate data models, reports, and dashboards tailored to fulfill strategic and analytical objectives. The analyst is accountable for the sophisticated integration of data from various sources, ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of that data. A profound understanding of advanced analytical techniques and tools is essential, as the analyst will apply predictive modeling and machine learning methodologies to derive actionable insights. Additionally, this position entails providing thought leadership on emerging trends and technologies in business intelligence, contributing to a culture of data-driven decision-making. Mentorship and support for junior team members to foster their professional development is also a key aspect of this role.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma with 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of additional experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field may grant 2 years of experience credit, while a PhD may grant 4 years of experience credit.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the field is required.
- Experience across various intelligence disciplines, along with familiarity with the associated data and tools. Background in IT services or technology implementations for the Department of Defense is advantageous. Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
- The individual in this role must be capable of remaining stationary for 50% of the time and occasionally moving within the office to access resources or communicate with colleagues.
