Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room (ER) Nurse who is licensed and ready to excel in a fast-paced emergency care environment. The ideal candidate will be a skilled, compassionate, and reliable registered nurse with the ability to think quickly and act decisively.
In this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients in our dynamic emergency department. You will collaborate with a team of passionate healthcare professionals, ensuring that you deliver outstanding patient care while maintaining a focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of care in the emergency room.
- Quickly assess patients, prioritize needs, and assist with minor procedures.
- Manage patient check-in, perform triage, and assist with initial insurance documentation.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and patients regarding test results and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to report findings to ER physicians.
- Assist in the management of trauma cases, cardiac arrests, strokes, and other critical situations.
- Demonstrate sound judgment in emergency scenarios based on patient assessments.
- Provide comprehensive RN care for all ER patients, including advanced procedures.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience as an RN in a clinical setting.
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Current certifications as required by the facility.
- Strong understanding of health information systems and technology.
- Exceptional compassion, communication, and critical care skills.
- Able to work effectively in a high-stress and emotional environment.
- Availability for 12-hour day and night shifts.
