We are seeking a skilled and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all food and beverage orders are of a consistently high standard and delivered to the guest's table in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to achieve excellent service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
