Position Overview
The Physical Therapist plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with established standards of care. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and providing direct client care as specified by the state Physical Therapy Practice Act.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain standards of care for physical therapy services.
- Provide direct client care in accordance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a preference for community or home health experience.
- Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Possession of a current and active Physical Therapist license in Minnesota.
