Job Description:
As a Hospice Aide/CNA, you will work under the direction of a registered nurse to provide personal direct patient care services as established in the Plan of Care. Your responsibilities will include reporting patient encounters, assisting with activities of daily living, and providing incidental household services. You must have a reliable vehicle and be able to travel to patient homes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Successful completion of a competency evaluation, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license are required. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, but not mandatory in some states. You must be able to read, write, and carry out directions promptly and accurately.
