Phone Attendant Duties:
As a Phone Attendant, your primary tasks will include:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring calls are addressed within two rings.
  • Staying attentive to phone inquiries at all times.
  • Prioritizing calls and managing hold times courteously.
  • Utilizing proper phone etiquette to enhance guest interactions.
  • Taking orders with precision and attention to detail.
  • Carefully noting critical information such as payment details and delivery instructions.
  • Providing accurate estimated times for order readiness.
  • Responding to common inquiries from guests.
  • Documenting messages for management as needed.
  • Assisting fellow front-of-house staff as necessary.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a valid food handler's certification as required.
