Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain Automated Optical Inspection Equipment to ensure high-quality production.
  • Identify and report defects on circuit board assemblies to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address issues and escalate problems.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Operate the 5DX machine, including program loading and defect logging.
  • Proficiency with Aegis software and Component Identification training is required.
  • IPC 610 Certification is required.
Requirements
  • Basic proficiency with the 5DX machine, with 0-3 years of industry experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
  • Basic mathematical and reasoning skills.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
Work Environment
  • Exposure to mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and high noise levels.
  • Compliance with personal protective equipment (P.P.E.) requirements per company policy and OSHA regulations.
