Vacancy for an Experienced Home Infusion Nurse

We invite you to consider joining our team at Accredo, Evernorth Health Services' specialty pharmacy, as a Home Infusion Nurse.

In this role, you will work independently to administer IV infusion medications, respond to patient needs, and develop meaningful relationships with your patients. You will also have the opportunity to take full ownership of the patient experience, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and effective. Our ideal candidate will possess a BSN degree, plus 2+ years of relevant RN experience; or ASN degree, plus 5+ years of relevant RN experience; or Nursing Diploma, plus 8+ years of relevant RN experience, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the Role

As a Home Infusion Nurse with Accredo, you will:

  • Administer IV infusion medications autonomously
  • Respond to patient needs and develop meaningful relationships
  • Work independently to make decisions and execute them for the best possible outcome
  • Take full ownership of the patient experience
  • Travel to patient homes to deliver high-quality patient care
