Part-Time Biology Instructor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Part-Time Biology Instructor to join our team at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. As a Part-Time Biology Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching General Biology courses to students in a variety of formats, including traditional and alternate modes.

• Teach General Biology courses to students in a variety of formats, including traditional and alternate modes.
• Develop and implement engaging instructional strategies and methodologies to foster student success.
• Maintain accurate student records and communication.
• Advise and support students as a mentor and role model in the achievement of their learning and career goals.
• Provide educational leadership and work effectively with faculty, administration, and campus support staff.

• Master's degree in Biology or a related field.
• Experience teaching adult learners, preferably in a higher education setting.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, as well as Canvas (learning management system), is beneficial.
