Civil Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our construction group, you will be responsible for providing accurate estimates and cost models for various civil and highway projects.

With a strong background in cost estimation and negotiation, you will work closely with project managers and clients to deliver high-quality results. Your expertise in developing master budgets and cost databases will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Estimator with a civil contractor focused on large civil projects. A four-year degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining cost databases
• Providing conceptual estimates of projects
• Reviewing and commenting on estimates provided by others
• Providing independent estimates of change orders
• Developing pre-construction cost estimates
