The Customer Service - Cashier/Sales Team Member role involves:
- Providing exceptional customer service through engagement, greeting, and thanking customers.
- Answering phone calls politely and efficiently, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
- Assisting customers in locating products, offering recommendations, and providing personalized information.
