About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Specialist to join our team at Hendrick Luxury Collision Center. As a Body Shop Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and performing necessary body repairs on customer vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect vehicles to determine extent of damage
  • Develop estimates for repairs and obtain approval from customers
  • Perform repairs using specialized tools and equipment
  • Ensure quality of work meets factory and Collision Center standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in collision repair
  • Valid driver's license
  • Demonstrated expertise in body repair methods
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
