Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and caring Nurse Resident to join our team. As a Nurse Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, developing your skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced nursing professionals. This is a unique chance to start your nursing career with a leading health care system.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure effective treatment and recovery
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee or eligible for licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited institution
- BLS Provider certification within one month of hire date required
