Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Frontline Cashier Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, checkout lanes, and surrounding areas.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide excellent member service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move freely throughout the store.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
