Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this leadership position is $65,000.00-$80,000.00, with opportunities for annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive pay, performance-based bonus awards, health benefits (medical, vision, and dental), financial benefits (401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance), and paid time off (PTO) benefits.



About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Coach Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales and financial performance in our Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, and proper signing and in-stock and inventory levels. You will also provide customer service and assistance by acknowledging the customer, identifying customer needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving customer issues and concerns, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.



Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:



  • Receiving and stocking merchandise to ensure effective merchandise presentation and accurate and competitive pricing
  • Providing customer service and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Drives sales and financial performance by budgeting and forecasting sales, assessing economic trends and community needs, and ensuring that sales and profit goals are achieved
  • Maintaining the Auto Care Center and automotive sales floor and service area by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays
  • Coordinating, completing, and overseeing job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and identifying and communicating goals and objectives


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • 2 years of experience in automotive service or service industry field
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • A valid driver's license
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, preferences include:



  • Automotive Certification from Automotive Technical Institute
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
  • Experience in automotive service or service industry related field
  • ASE Certification - Certification
