Medical Laboratory Technician

Pride Health is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to support our client\u2019s medical facility in Port St. Lucie, FL. This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 3+ months, offering a great opportunity to work with a top-tier healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
- Provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize excellent phlebotomy skills to ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Comply with all Policies & Procedures, including Company dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.
- Make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
- Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
- Demonstrate Superior Customer Focus, ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors, and patients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months experience, with one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
