We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a well-established acute-care hospital in Stephenville, Texas. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional limitations. Your expertise will be essential in creating and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, day shift, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend.
• Develop treatment plans: Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
• Provide interventions: Deliver therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and various modalities.
• Monitor progress: Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

**Requirements:**

• License to practice Physical Therapy in Texas or eligibility for licensure.
• Current BLS certification-must complete before initiating patient contact.
• Valid Texas Driver's License required only for individuals designated as HMC Designated Drivers per policy.
