Job Title: Sr. Field Service Refrigeration Technician HVAC-R

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Field Service Refrigeration Technician HVAC-R to join our team at Easy Ice LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical service to maintain ice machines at various locations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving service success that improves customer satisfaction and maximizes customer retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical service and customer support during field visits, building positive relationships with customers
  • Diagnose service problems down to the component level
  • Replace compressors, expansion valves, and other refrigeration components as needed
  • Mentor and train junior installers and technicians
  • Manage on-site remote and standard installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Complete timely and detailed service reports on jobs performed at each site using the field automation system
  • Purchase parts, supplies, and materials in the field as required
  • Operate and maintain company vehicles according to established policies and procedures
  • Project a positive Easy Ice brand image
  • Work collaboratively with the team to drive process improvements and enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven field service experience in refrigeration
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Working knowledge of mobile tools and applications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Refrigeration/EPA Universal License required
  • Strong command of company policies and procedures
  • Excellent decision-making, analytical problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
