We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Assistant - Cart Attendant. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options.
- Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.
- Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, processing member purchases, and resolving member issues and concerns.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
- Customer Service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Competitive hourly wage range of $17.00 to $24.00.
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
