At Nor-Am Cold Storage, our Customer Service division is essential to our success, acting as the central hub of our operations. This team plays a crucial role in maintaining the flow of our warehouse activities, ensuring that we meet the evolving demands of our clients and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input inbound and outbound shipment details into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with both internal staff and external clients.
  • Efficiently check in and process truck drivers while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Complete necessary daily documentation, including export paperwork.
  • Utilize the WMS for inventory management, order confirmation, and billing processes.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Handle phone inquiries, manage filing systems, and perform other general office tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required; familiarity with inventory management, accounts receivable, or accounts payable is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
  • Experience with Google Suite is beneficial but not mandatory.
