Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead our technology project team in implementing and maintaining our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT, with experience in EHR project management and clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and recommend EHR systems and software to meet regulatory compliance and clinical needs
  • Develop and implement EHR user guides and workflows
  • Provide technical training and support to staff and participants
  • Collaborate with the IT director and PACE leadership to develop and implement technology strategies
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EHR system issues and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in EHR project management or related hands-on experience
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR software
  • Familiarity with community integrated healthcare and the PACE model of care
