Fitness Instructor

The estimated salary for this position is $40-$75 per class, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-energy group workouts, motivating members to push themselves to new heights
• Help members set and achieve their fitness goals through personalized guidance and support
• Maintain a safe and supportive studio environment, ensuring correct form and technique are emphasized throughout each workout
• Stay up-to-date on the latest science behind our heart-rate focused training programs, as well as industry trends and competitor analysis
• Demonstrate expertise in using all equipment and provide clear instructions to members
• Collaborate with sales associates to drive membership growth and retention
• Promote a positive community by participating in events, engaging with members, and reaching out to prospective members

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• AED/CPR certification
• A current personal training fitness certification from an approved education company
• Completion of the proprietary OTF fitness certification program
• Previous coaching experience at Orangetheory (a plus, but not required)
