Position Information

The Radiology Technologist operates radiographic equipment to produce high-quality radiographs of designated body parts under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety protocols.

This role requires skills in urgent care, including pediatric care, to ensure timely and efficient patient care. The Radiology Technologist works collaboratively with other medical professionals to provide quality healthcare to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality radiographs
  • Work under the direct order of a physician to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide quality patient care
  • Provide direct patient care, including personal needs and comforts, under the direction of a physician

Requirements

  • No experience required, but clinical experience in radiology and urgent care is preferred
  • Graduate of a radiologic technology program required
  • Registered Technologist for Radiography certification required

Work Schedule

This role requires working every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Weekend and call requirements are minimal.
