Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a skilled CDL-A Regional Van Truckload Driver to join our team. As a Regional Van Truckload Driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight across the country, with a focus on home weekly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Haul freight across the country, with a focus on home weekly
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination vehicle
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of freight

Pay and Bonus Potential
  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly performance pay
  • $4,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers
  • Paid orientation
  • Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
Qualifications
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Live within 75 miles of Cedar Rapids, IA
