Caregiver/Medpasser Job Description

At Comforts of Home Senior Living, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Medpasser to join our team at our River Falls RCAC location.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring and reliable individual to provide exceptional care and service to our residents, families, and colleagues. As a Caregiver/Medpasser, you will work as part of a team to provide personal care and daily living activities, take and record vital signs, and document services performed.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration as instructed.
  • Document services performed and report any changes in physical and emotional condition of residents.
  • Communicate and interact with residents, families, and colleagues in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • No experience necessary; paid training will be provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
