About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Teppan Chef to join our team at Benihana. As a Teppan Chef, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and entertain guests by cooking and preparing hot meals on hibachi tables directly in front of them.
- Ensure correct food portions are being cooked and maintain the kitchen areas and hibachi tables clean and sanitized.
- Prepare and set up food for cooking and side orders.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Teppan Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
