Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Stellar Innovations. As a Sales Associate - Dairy Products, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our dairy products department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Presentation: Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness in the dairy products department.
• Pricing and Assortment Management: Responsible for correct pricing and assortment management, and skillfully implement national sales concepts.
• Customer Engagement: Realize your ideas for measures that inspire customers for our products and motivate them to make a purchase.
• Customer Service: Convince our customers with competent advice and courteous service.
• Inventory Management: Have everything under control, from cost and sales development to regular inventories, to merchandise planning and flow of goods.

Requirements:

• Commercial Experience: Commercial apprenticeship or professional experience, preferably in the retail sector - even as a career changer, you are warmly welcome.
• Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation and communication skills, your team spirit.
