Position: Production Operator - Reporting to the Production Manager

Location: North Logan, UT (Onsite)

This full-time role encompasses a standard workweek of 40 hours, operating Monday through Thursday.

Role Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you will engage in a variety of semi-repetitive tasks that include:

  • Executing hand soldering and performing mechanical assembly of electronic components.
  • Operating manufacturing machinery and equipment.
  • Documenting product tracking information accurately.
  • Conducting inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency: Candidates must be U.S. persons as defined by ITAR regulations.
  • Ability to secure and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • J-Std. certification is preferred, with the expectation to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills in a technical environment.
  • Ability to interpret detailed assembly instructions and work effectively in a team setting.
  • Experience with hand tools is advantageous.
  • Commitment to maintaining high industry standards in all tasks.
Work Schedule
  • 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.
  • Typical hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, with team assistance for heavier items.
  • Frequent overhead reaching and fine motor skills required for soldering tasks.
  • Capability to sit or stand for extended periods, including working with a microscope.
