Job Summary:

Kelsan, Inc. is seeking a skilled Route Driver to join our team. As a Route Driver, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and operating company trucks in a safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver shipments in accordance with the driver's daily manifest.
  • Verify count and condition of product with customer upon delivery.
  • Secure legible signatures on all shipping documents and clear explanations of any variances.
  • Load and unload truck to meet customer and/or company requirements.
  • Perform daily pre and post trip inspections as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
  • Maintain ELD according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
  • Follow all regulations listed in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
  • Follow all Hazardous Material Regulations as listed in the Federal Hazardous Materials Regulations.

Requirements:

  • Possession of valid Class B CDL with HAZMAT endorsement.
  • Clean MVR.
  • Qualify under DOT regulations.
  • At least 23 years old.
  • At least 2 years' worth of verifiable Class B driving experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Submit to post-accident or reasonable suspicion drug screen at Kelsan's discretion.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday. Home nights and weekends.
