Staffosaurus is seeking a highly skilled EMDR Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our Behavioral Health group, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance use disorder and co-occurring issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based modalities to promote healing and recovery.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, working closely with other professional staff to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, including health insurance and patient tracking information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assess suitability for counseling services and referrals to other treatment centers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in the field, applying new knowledge to enhance treatment methods and patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Licensed in the state of Tennessee.
  • EMDR certification.
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems and excellent documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in substance abuse treatment.
What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate of $30-$45.

Flexible schedule, Monday-Thursday, 9am-2pm.
