Apex Ventures is seeking a skilled Victim Telephone Coordinator to join our team. This part-time position involves coordinating victim support services, supervising volunteer counselors, and ensuring the quality of our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervision and Training: Oversee the online and offline supervision of volunteer counselors, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate the selection process and training of volunteer counselors, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality support services.
- Team Management: Organize team meetings and further education events to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our victim support services.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate with external trainers and supervisors to enhance our services and build relationships with European victim support organizations.
- Education: A completed degree in a relevant social science field or comparable qualification.
