This is a critical role at Jillamy Inc, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of forklifts in our warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload trailers with precision and care.
  • Maintain a valid forklift operator's license and adhere to all safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular trailer inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Verify unit of measure counts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Operate sit-down forklifts, order pickers, and high-reach forklifts as needed.
  • Participate in cleaning and upkeep of the warehouse, including emptying trash cans and sweeping.
  • Follow established organization protocols and procedures.
  • Receive and record product information, including item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities.
  • Pull correct materials and ensure accurate Lot, Item, and Location sensitive information.
  • Understand and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Attend to all duties and projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, contract packaging, or forklift operation.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper equipment or assistance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and comply with written information and documents.
  • Follow safety rules, operations manuals, and maintenance instructions.
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and related technology.
  • Valid forklift license or certification preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, overtime, weekends, and across multiple locations.
