About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aerial Lineman to join our team at MasTec Communications Group. As an Aerial Lineman, you will play a critical role in the construction and repair of RF and fiber service overhead infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Climb poles or use a bucket truck to perform installation, relocation, and maintenance of aerial plants
  • Read and understand schematics and construction prints
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
Requirements
  • Safety is a top priority in our organization
  • Proven track record of completing work with a high level of quality
  • Ability to figure out complex problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to work
  • Experience working in a bucket truck and climbing poles
