About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales.
  • Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about upcoming events, promotions, and mobile offers.
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Process cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, and debit cards using a Point-of-Sales system.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
