Ductwork Supervisor

We are seeking a Mechanical HVAC Foreman to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the assigned scope, manage material and manpower, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing and promoting high-quality and safety standards, utilizing technology to ensure on-time delivery, and supervising, mentoring, and motivating employees working on designated scopes.

• Oversight of assigned project scopes, including management of material and manpower
• Accountability for enforcing and promoting high-quality and safety standards
• Utilization of technology, such as company-provided iPads and smartphones, to ensure timely project completion
• Supervision, mentorship, and motivation of employees working on designated scopes

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Progressive mechanical or HVAC experience, with at least five years of experience managing scopes and leading multimillion-dollar projects
• Active journeyman or master license preferred
• Familiarity with local codes, IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE Standards; knowledge of construction safety requirements
• Demonstrated ability to travel to other Power Design project sites as needed within Florida

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $135,000, based on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
