Crisis Intervention Specialist

Heartland Human Care Services is seeking a skilled Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention services to our clients in a residential setting. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support to our clients.
- Develop and implement crisis intervention plans to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support and care.
**Requirements:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent degree.
- A minimum of one year of experience working with youth in a case work, human services, or related field.
- CPI and CPR certification required.
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) match and paid time off.
