Job Opportunity

Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing intensive behavioral intervention services to students with autism and related developmental conditions within the Moorhead, MN School District.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver intensive behavioral intervention services to students with autism and related developmental conditions
  • Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to ensure program progress and maximal success
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' behavioral and developmental needs
  • Provide accurate record keeping of case notes and program progress
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience in the field of autism and/or intensive behavioral intervention preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
