Impact of Your Role
As a Metal Fabrication Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the complete fabrication, assembly, and welding of raw steel and aluminum into high-quality manufactured bodies.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, cutting and shaping raw materials into precise components, welding these components together, and interpreting build sheets and standard work instructions for our diverse range of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welding steel and aluminum with precision
  • Measuring and cutting raw materials to exact specifications
  • Inspecting welded surfaces, structures, and components for any defects
Essential Qualifications
Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting build sheets and work instructions
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
  • All welders must wear a respirator; successful completion of pre-employment respirator testing is mandatory
Work Environment
Expect an automotive repair shop atmosphere with the ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat and cold). You should be prepared to stand for 8-10 hours and engage in frequent bending, standing, crouching, and walking, utilizing your hands and arms effectively. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times.
Educational Background
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with either internal or external welding certification.
Experience Requirements
Experience in MIG welding (steel and aluminum) is essential, with a background in the manufacturing industry being advantageous.
