Job Opportunity:

Marvel Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support our healthcare team. As a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a new and challenging environment, develop your skills, and make a meaningful contribution to the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and pneumonia.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
