Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Oversee regional teams, including Practice Managers, Clinical Team Leads, and Providers, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Financial Management: Manage revenue, labor, and supply expenses to achieve financial objectives.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence, recognize employee achievements, and provide opportunities for growth and development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of multi-site management experience, preferably in urgent care or physician practice operations.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Vaco is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
