  • Financial Management: Manage revenue, labor, and supply expenses to achieve financial objectives.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of excellence, recognize employee achievements, and provide opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of multi-site management experience, preferably in urgent care or physician practice operations.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
