The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate and comprehensive estimates for commercial construction projects
  • Evaluate project requirements and provide timely and cost-effective solutions
  • Collaborate with project management teams, ownership, clients, subcontractors, vendors, etc. to ensure project success
  • Conduct site visits and participate in pre-bid meetings as required
  • Prepare and present estimates to owners and architects
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion and within budget

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as an Estimator/Sr. Estimator in the commercial construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
