Key Responsibilities:


This role involves assisting in the repair and overhaul of refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved efficiently, accurately, and promptly.


Qualifications:
Experience with refrigeration systems in convenience stores or supermarkets is highly advantageous.

Familiarity with both single and rack systems, along with prior experience on display cases and walk-in coolers, is beneficial.

A valid driving record is essential, and the ability to work independently is required.
Availability for emergency on-call situations is a basic expectation.
Must be capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. without assistance and able to sit or stand for extended periods.
Deliver service to our customer base by repairing and overhauling equipment, including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and electrical and mechanical control devices in a safe, efficient, and timely manner that exceeds customer expectations.

Conduct general repair work on refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems, such as air conditioning units, evaporative condensers, ice machines, water pumps, gas furnaces, compressors, and electric motors safely and promptly.

Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing equipment malfunctions and operational deficiencies to ensure high-quality service for our customers.

Test malfunctioning systems and components utilizing electrical and mechanical skills.
Maintain accurate corporate and personal records of work history.
Support the department by processing job tickets and work orders promptly.
Assist by picking up, delivering, and installing equipment.
Engage in minor construction and remodeling projects, including the startup of new installations.
Operate the company vehicle safely.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management.
