Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to enhance our team at Dogwood Sports Bar & Grill Inc. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting a wide range of cocktails, and maintaining a clean and inviting bar area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take drink orders and make recommendations to patrons
  • Verify patrons' age and ensure compliance with state and federal laws regarding the service of alcoholic beverages
  • Process payments and operate the cash register
  • Manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients, including ordering and restocking
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and mopping the bar area
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred
  • Mixology or hospitality certification is a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong time management and teamwork skills
