We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing direct nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
* Assisting in diagnostic procedures and evaluating patient responses to care
* Developing and implementing general policies and procedures to maintain patient comfort and safety
* Maintaining a safe and efficient environment, ensuring effective use of resources and equipment
Key Requirements:
* Current State of North Carolina LPN licensure
* Graduate of an approved Practical Nurse program
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Strong knowledge of patient care principles, prioritization, and delegation techniques
* Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and ability to navigate complex situations confidently
