Job Title: Medical Director for Community Health ServicesAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled medical professional to serve as the collaborating MD for a full-time psychiatric nurse practitioner. As a Medical Director for Community Health Services, you will work in a dynamic community health setting with Open Access hours, same-day appointments, and walk-in availability.

About Our Clients

Our clients are chronically ill individuals with HIV, HCV, heart disease, lung disease, and severe and persistent mental illness. Over 75% of our patient population is homeless or marginally housed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a full-time psychiatric nurse practitioner to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of our client population
  • Work effectively in a community-based organization practicing harm reduction principles
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working in a community health setting, preferably with vulnerable populations
  • Knowledge of electronic medical record systems (eCW preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
