Position Overview:
This role involves providing support to the Epic Training Team within the clinical informatics department. The position is temporary and will focus on assisting in the training process for end users of the Epic system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support training personnel during the Epic implementation initiative.
  • Assist Super Users and Trainers in training environments as necessary.
  • Help trainees with computer access, class assignments, and ensuring functionality of audio-visual equipment.
  • Instruct end users on the use of equipment and resources in training rooms.
  • Monitor classroom activities to maintain professionalism and proper use of equipment.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required.
  • Engage in end user 'Day in the Life' activities and additional training readiness tasks.
  • Participate in departmental meetings.
  • Represent the healthcare system in community and professional development events.
  • Carry out related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Licensure and Certification:
  • No specific licensure or certification required.
Experience:
  • No prior experience necessary.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills are essential.
