We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic to join our team at a reputable hospital in Hopewell, VA. As an HVAC Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on the hospital's HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the day-to-day operation of HVAC maintenance, including work requests and ordering parts.
- Conduct periodic inspections of hospital equipment to ensure completeness of work performed.
- Repair heating, air conditioning, controls, and circuits.
- Perform filter operation checks and replacements.
- Perform PMs on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- HVAC certification and training.
- Three years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
- Master HVAC systems and Certified CFC requirements preferred.
- Experience with large hospital HVAC systems required.
